Bank of Singapore is a Singaporean private bank that is a part of OCBC Bank, the largest local bank in Singapore with offices in 15 countries. Historically it was known as ING Asia Private Bank (IAPB) before being acquired by OCBC Bank in 2010 and combined with IAPB created Bank of Singapore. It caters to high net worth clients and offers services that include portfolio management, lending, wealth planning as well as incorporating some OCBC banking products. For investments it offers both research and advisory for active investing clients including fixed income, alternative investments and equities.   It has office locations in Singapore, Dubai, Hong Kong and Philippines.
